Write a response that details the film that has scared you the most and why you think this is. Or if you don't watch horror films what could scare you and why.
Personally i am not a big fan of horror movies (no surprise there) and almost any aspect of horror movies creep me out, especially in situations which seem realistic or could be convincingly realistic. The suspense and the visual horror which is featured can be equally as terrifying as any jump scares featured. Thinking analytically at the Fear factors, any of them featured anywhere is bound to creep me out, most of all out of all of them, otherness and difference and body trauma and violation. Please and no thank you.
If i had to pick it would of been any film with a doll or puppet in it as they just seem freaky. since they are not living, them moving on their own makes me feel uncomfortable.
I am normally good at watching horror films, as I have been watching them for a while. Paranormal things and such like don't bother me because I know it's not real. However I can not stand realistic bodily harm. Things such as Casualty and Holby City scare me. the one film that scared me the most was Crimson peak... despite being a paranormal film I spent the final scenes cringing at the realist stabbing and fighting.
